About Us Chef Hosch and Ann Catering is a catering service based in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. We are known for creating fresh, delicious, and memorable wedding cuisine. Our team of friendly, helpful, and professional staff will walk you through popular menu items and help you customize your menu to your liking for a completely unique and tailored experience. Deep community ties mean that Chef Hosch and Chef Danie have agreements with many local vendors for both indoor and outdoor wedding locations where you can design your wedding to your liking.
Location We represent the best of both worlds. With our newly refurbished historic Carriage House, we offer a venue to host weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers and other celebratory events, accommodating up to 400 guests. And, we’re mobile, thanks to our commercial kitchen on wheels. So we have the ability to cater weddings and events at locations throughout the region, ensuring your guests will enjoy fresh foods that are the perfect temperature.
Cuisine
Chef Hosch and Chef Danie specialize in gourmet cooking with only the freshest ingredients and strives to use locally-sourced food items whenever possible. Because of his extensive and accomplished background, we are able to accommodate almost any style of cooking. Have fun with themes! Give your guests an outdoor BBQ, a Mexican-style spread, or taste the flavors of Italy and France, Egyptian or Caribbean-style cooking.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Richard “Hosch” Hoschar is a certified PROCHEF® Level II Executive Chef by the Culinary Institute. An accomplished chef and businessman, Chef Hosch is known for catering fresh, delicious, and memorable wedding cuisine with beautiful presentation, at your location or ours.
Meet Chef Danie
A graduate of Culinary Institute of America and Pennsylvania Culinary, Sous and Pastry Chef Danielle Hunter is renown for her delicious and stunning wedding cakes — as well as mini dessert trays, such as crème brûlée and chocolate crème brûlée, mini pies, cobblers and assorted cheesecakes.
